I want to volunteer with IRTF by:

1. Office:  volunteering to work in office 1 half-day a week.
2. Outreach tables: Work a 2-hour shifts, usually on weekends, at one of our tables selling Fair Trade coffee, tea, and chocolate and speaking to people about our work.
3. Special events: Help us by planning, publicity, set-up, usher at an event
4. Fair trade: introduce sweatshop-free T-shirts and other fair trade products to your school/congregation
5. Human rights:

   1. Public protests: attend or help us plan public demonstrations
   2. Advocacy: visit your congressperson in their local office with a few other IRTF people

I want to take action for human rights by:

1. Praying for peace in Central America and Colombia
2. Writing letters to my senators and representatives. Check out our legislative action page!
3. Joining a human rights delegation to Central America.
4. Hosting an IRTF speaker/video at my school and/or place of worship
