Donations to IRTF bolster a vital across-borders solidarity movement. We invite you to partner with us on this journey toward real transformative justice, to build the better world where all life is valued, care for those in need takes precedence over forcing people from their homes or locking people up, and building genuine relationships of mutual support to encourage and guide one another predominates over self-centered individualism. IRTF joins together thousands of people from diverse backgrounds and faith traditions who are passionate to unite around our common goals of justice, of mutual care, of human rights, of dignity for all.
All donations to InterReligious Task Force on Central America & Colombia (IRTF) are tax-deductible.

Donate Now. Make an Online Donation with a Credit or Debit Card. | You can follow this link to make an online donation: one-time, recurring monthly, or recurring quarterly. IRTF will respond within a month with a tax receipt. A commitment to give every month, even in a small amount such as $5.00, does wonders for our program work. |
Mail a Check. |
Make your tax-deductible check payable to IRTF and mail to IRTF will respond within a month with a tax receipt. |
Request a Matching Gift from Your Employer. | If you work for, or are retired from, one of the many companies with a matching gift program, your contribution to IRTF can have twice the impact. In many cases, your employer will match your gift dollar-for-dollar, and some companies even double or triple the amount of your gift — at no cost to you. Be sure to ask your employer whether such a program exists. |
Donate from your Individual Retirement Account. | An individual older than 70 ½ can make a tax-savings donation through a Qualified Charitable Distribution. Charitable donations from your Individual Retirement Account (IRA) will not be taxed. Money that would otherwise be spent on paying taxes can instead support the human rights work of IRTF. The donation from your IRA will balance your Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) so you will not pay taxes on additional income. We suggest you begin the process well before the Required Minimum Distribution deadline. |
Planned Giving. Other ways to donate. | A planned gift is any donation you specify as part of your overall financial and/or estate planning. Some examples of a planned gift include: gifts from your donor-advised investment fund; donations directly from your IRA; charitable remainder trust; cash, stocks (securities), life insurance, retirement plan assets, real estate; bequests in your will or living trust. |
